Web installer seems to upload wrong binary for S3 with QSPI psram or no psram

It seems that the web installer does not select the correct firmware file for S3 boards, especially on boards with 8MB /16MB flash and either QSPI ("quad") psram or no psram. Maybe we always try to run the OPI ("octal") firmware on these boards?

As a consequence, WLED still appears to start up, but PSRAM cannot be used (wrong access mode). This can later lead to unexpected "Error 8: Effect RAM depleted".

We already have 2-3 bug reports in wled that seems to be caused by the web installer picking the wrong firmware.bin

• (maybe) WLED-AP does not appear when installing on Arduino Nano ESP32 WLED#5245
