Currently, there is no option to group apps anywhere in launcher. Following are the places where grouping of apps can be done :-
1). Ability to put shortcuts to folders on desktop. Currently folders are useless on desktop as nothing can be stored in folder because copy, cut features not available on desktop.
2). Within start menu. Grouped apps can be displayed with drop down options "All", "Freeform".
3). Ability to create folders within start menu to group apps by drag & drop or any way feasible in UI.
