Use Internationalization Libraries/Frameworks:
i18n for React applications.

Externalize Strings:

• Avoid hard-coding text in the application. Store it in external resource files, which can be easily translated for different locales.

Locale Detection:

• Detect the user's locale automatically based on their browser settings, or allow them to choose their preferred language and region and store as some cookie or session storage.

Work with Translators:
For localization, you may need to work with translators.
Provide them with the context they need to accurately translate your text.

Test:
Thoroughly test the application in each target language and region, ideally with the help of the translators/ native speakers.
