Warp 的 Windows 输入层没有实现 IME 预编辑字符串的捕获和渲染，导致拼音输入的"中间状态"对用户不可见。

输入中文汉字是不存在输入字母即韵母的中间状态，这本身十分难受。

no perhaps i dont really clarify the question it is.
i use the windows 11 warp and open cli both powershell and ubuntu 24.4.10
so the question is windows frontend ime

In Warp Settings, set Default shell for new session like D:...\bin\bash.exe, rather than using WSL
then use windows 11 warp and open cli, it doesn‘t works when input Chinese words

I think it works after upgrading just now with the version v0.2026.04.01.08.39.stable_02

My warp is set to PowerShell by default, and I just tested the latest version on PowerShell, but the Chinese character pre-editing layer still doesn't appear. By the way, the same thing happens with Ubuntu 24.04 on WSL2.

I also encountered this issue. The preedit pinyin text is not visible when using Chinese IME in Warp terminal on Windows. The candidate words show correctly, but the typed pinyin letters are invisible. Looking forward to the fix!
