Add Chinese (Simplified) language support to Warp's UI.

Describe the solution you'd like?

Many users, myself included, have their operating system set to Chinese (Simplified),
but Warp's UI is English-only. Having Warp support Chinese would greatly improve the
user experience for Chinese-speaking users.

Proposed Solution

• Add i18n/localization support to Warp
• Provide a language setting in Warp preferences to switch the UI language
• Include Chinese (Simplified) (zh-CN) as one of the supported languages
