User Story
As a member, I want to see all shortlisted listings in one place as accordion cards, so that I can review and vote on them.
Acceptance Criteria
- All listings selected by any member are shown
- Closed card shows: photo, title, price, location, source, status badge if applicable, vote indicator only visible after last podium reveal
- Open card shows: full listing detail fetched from source, comments section
- Read-only visitors can see the shortlist
