Hi,

I'm currently trying to use a custom id on a schema, I have checked out what looks like the commit for this issue, but can't get it to work. If I set the id in the schema as anything other than integer it does not set it as a primary key, I can run a sql migration insert, but I cannot add any more rows after that.

If I set up the table using a postgres migration, I can input pre-existing data, I can query, edit and delete and the model.save() runs without error but does not actually save to the DB. Because you are sending it in with an ID the update function is called instead of the create within the sync.js file of backbone-orm module. Before I edit this function, am I missing something?

I would prefer to set up the table using the backbone module, in the same way as other tables I have created.

Is there any documentation for this case?
