Phone number pay not working for non registered user

Hi,

When I try to send money using phone number which is not registered in venmo. the transaction does not happen stating the user does not exist in venmo. In normal flow it should send the phone number a message saying that someone has sent you money and you should register with venmo to get the money and transfer to your bank.

This does not happen with the library.
Please solve.
