It's time to release a 1.0 of ufront-mvc. (At the time of writing I'm up to `1.0.0-rc.13`, which is a bit of a joke). Let's use this milestone to define remaining issues that we want to get ready for 1.0.0. Basically, anything which is a breaking change, we want to do first. New features can come later.
