Merge upstream changes to waydroid-script #3878

Describe the bug
Current libhoudini configured in ublue-os's waydroid-script fork has a faulty libhoudini version with a time bomb, and no longer works after 20260101.

Latest upstream commit addresses this issue.
What did you expect to happen?
Arm apps should have run in waydroid without issue. They no longer run under the libhoudini that ships with your fork.
