Description
Describe the bug
On Bazzite GNOME Stable, enabling AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle causes an immediate screen blackout.
Critically, the system remains responsive. The audio continues, and the display is restored instantly by blindly disabling the setting in-game or Alt-Tabbing back to the GNOME desktop. Once disabled, the game continues to run perfectly, confirming the issue is isolated to the Frame Gen compute path and the firmware mismatch.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the Frame Generation to activate and increase the frame rate without causing a display timeout, especially since the hardware (RX 9070 XT) natively supports these features.

Extra information or context
OS: Bazzite 41 (Stable Channel)
• Runner: Proton GE (Latest version)
• Status: The hang is fully recoverable. The issue persists even when forcing the power level to "high" via sysfs. This appears to be a kernel/firmware synchronization issue for the newer GFX1201 SMU (0x32).
