I already tested it with the standard uBO and the site shows this popup, and when I remove the popup it doesn't allow the page to scroll. That's why I mentioned the filter I put in "my filters" to solve this problem, in case anyone else needs it, because this site is quite well-known in Brazil.

@stephenhawk8054 This site seems to have some kind of keyboard protection. Not even the F5 key is reloading the page, and right-clicking doesn't work either.

I used the filter from the other site redecanais.ooo and it only unlocked the devtool, but the keyboard still doesn't work.
If you need to inspect the page, put this filter first, because the site blocks the IP if it detects inspect element.
