Description

I have this issue on this website, that doesn't allow me to concentrate when reading. I generally just add anything to the filter that bothers me, but this website's reader has a floating black bar as a sort of header that doesn't disappear with anything I tried.

By selecting the black bar, it ends up as botitranslation.com##.with-shadow.reader-nav which only makes the letters disappear, not the black bar.

I have made a similar issue a few months ago. Unfortunately, I temporarily lost access to my account, so I couldn't reply to the person that replied to me and they marked it as closed.

Meslegot: I have made a similar issue a few months ago. Unfortunately, I temporarily lost access to my account, so I couldn't reply to the person that replied to me and they marked it as closed.

Closed doesn't mean locked, you can and you should still first post in a closed thread, devs will get notifications, in practice they don't always reply to closed threads (it happened to me several times), but you should at least try anyway before creating a duplicate:

• this is the same filter proposed in the old issue, and it works fine for me as well: the whole main navbar gets hidden (not only the letters).
• I can reproduce the effect of hiding only the letters only when using a different filter proposed by default by Element Picker: ##.nav-container.container. Are you sure you didn't confuse filtrers.

• in this case you can also try :others() operator, it will remove everything except the main element, in a single go: botitranslation.com##main:others()
• regardless of a filter you use to remove the navbar, you can also use this additional filter to fix the hole: botitranslation.com##main:style(top: 0px !important)
