[Feature] Copy as plain text

The current options for copying text appear to include formatting information of some manner (markdown, html, styling), but there does not seem to be an option to strip the text of all formatting.

Strictly, this request is to add a copy option that strips all markdown/formatting information and only copies the displayed plain text elements.

This would be useful for pasting documents into contexts that do not support formatting without needing to manually remove syntax or filter content through another application.
