During replication (for FSCK or for Rebalance), no message is shown when there is a 404 error

When a FID is submitted for replication, if you look in the tracker logs, no 
error is shown when it encounters a 404 error.   

Errors during replication need to be fairly verbose, and this condition 
normally just shows "error" with no explanation as to why, making debugging 
difficult.
