Add uTorrent 3.6.0 emulation

Integrate the uTorrent 3.6.0 emulation from the original repository PR by @tunisiano187.

Original PR: NikolayIT/RatioMaster.NET#46

Update uTorrent emulation to version 3.6.0 for better tracker compatibility.
