[Feature]: Add topoteretes-cognee-mcp to Docker MCP Catalog #1863

Description

@sarosh-quraishi

Problem Statement

The cognee MCP server (topoteretes-cognee-mcp) is available in the official MCP registry at
https://www.pulsemcp.com/servers/topoteretes-cognee-mcp but is not included in the Docker MCP
catalog https://hub.docker.com/mcp. This means users working with Docker-based MCP environments cannot easily access cognee's powerful knowledge graph and hybrid RAG capabilities.

Proposed Solution

Add the topoteretes-cognee-mcp server to the Docker MCP catalog to enable:

Easy installation and management through Docker MCP tools
Seamless integration with Docker-based development workflows
Better accessibility for users working in containerized environments
Broader adoption of cognee's knowledge management capabilities

Alternatives Considered

No response

Use Case

Code graph generation and hybrid RAG workflows for AI-assisted development.

Implementation Ideas

  1. Review Docker MCP catalog requirements
  2. Submit inclusion request through proper channels
  3. Update documentation for Docker installation
  4. Test and validate Docker integration

Additional Context
