Allow PhpStorm to recognize Initializer classes as used

Description

When implementing the \Tempest\Container\Initializer interface to provide initialization for something, PhpStorm reports that the class is unused. E.g.:

In reality, this class is used by the container for DI. In this particular example, another class of mine has a property with the type provided by this initializer class.

It would be great to have the plugin enable PhpStorm to properly recognize that the class is actually in use.

@xepozz I've attached a zip with a reproducer for you. Here's the file structure:

In this example, the \JPry\TempestTest\SomeClientInitializer class will be shown as unused within PhpStorm. However, Tempest will use this initializer to create the instance singleton instance of the \JPry\TempestTest\SomeClient class when it is needed. I have another class, \JPry\TempestTest\SomeCommand, that accepts the SomeClient object as a constructor dependency.

The image shows the PhpStorm highlight of the SomeClientInitializer class, and the message says "Unused element: 'SomeClientInitializer'".
