[Docs] Missing `svelte-task` information

Great fun testing out the Svelte MCP and thanks for setting this up 🎉

Docs says to use svelte-task for the best results, but it seems prompt was removed in 796c38e?

Additionally, I have very little experience with MCPs, so would greatly appreciate if docs explained how exactly svelte-task is to be configured with different MCP clients (GitHub Copilot, in my case) – similarily to how the general setup was explained.

Yeah, that's something we need to figure out on how to explain this properly...the prompt itself is baked into the MCP server, if your client supports it, you should have a way to access it.

For example, this is how you do it in Claude desktop. In VS Code, you start typing /mcp.Svelte and it should autocomplete for you. In Claude-code, you can do /svelte: and it should autocomplete for you. The issue is that each client does it a bit differently, and we don't have a clear way to showcase all of them. I guess we can try to list them all.
