Failover Transport

is the following feature supported in your client-library? I could not find it in your docs unfortunately.

No it does not. The closest I think is using the https://stomp-js.github.io/api-docs/latest/classes/Client.html#beforeConnect to alter connectHeaders before subsequent connection attempt. See #225 for some ideas.
