[Feature]: Add VSCodium IDE detection and extension scanning #6

Problem Description
VSCodium uses the same extension format as VS Code but installs to different paths and uses a separate extensions directory. Dev Machine Guard currently detects VS Code and Cursor but not VSCodium, leaving a gap in IDE inventory coverage.
Proposed Solution
Add VSCodium to both IDE detection and extension scanning.
