@stemount understands UK market very well from experience yet has a lot of 3rd party research just from Discord/Slack from candidates without seeing the whole picture.
Some geographies actually have a recruiter heavy employment pipeline (I am guessing this is countries with a higher population count).
Further research is required from tech hirers/firers, CTOs and also even recruiters (for balance) need to come together to decide how appropriate this is
