Dragging images into an asset fieldtype partially hides text

Bug description

I am not sure, if this will benefit from #14212, but probably it's something else.

When an image is dragged into an asset field, a hover effect appears before the mouse is released. This "Drop to upload" text is partially hidden behind the button.
