GUI 'finishing touches'

This issue is just here to act as a list of finishing touches for the GUI, most of them would be great tasks for first-time contributors. Don't feel the need to tackle them all at once, I'm just keeping the list in one place but that doesn't mean that it needs to be addressed in a single PR.

• Armour placeholder sprites in armour slots
• Offhand hotbar slot when present
• Underwater breath bubble meter
• Temporary item name when switching items in the hotbar
• Item tints in inventory (this is a bit more involved, but we have to come up with a way to decide on default tints for tinted items such as grass blocks or lily pads, at the moment they're just grey)
• Missing f3 screen info (adding new f3 info is super easy)

This is by no means an exhaustive list, if you think of anything else let me know!

What about customizable f3? Is there a good place to store the player's f3 options?

I’ve generally focused on Vanilla features, but if you have a GUI in mind for f3 customisation then I wouldn’t be opposed to it. The customisations would be stored in the Delta Client json config file (can’t remember the type name off the top of my head but search the codebase for the string struct Config or class Config and see if you can find it. The file name should have Config in its name.

It would be nice to have in our version. I forgot; which version are we emulating?

Ah interesting, looks like it was released in September last year? I hadn't heard of that feature but it seems useful.

We're generally emulating 1.16.1 (because that was one of the latest versions when I started Delta Client, and speedrunners use that version). I'd like to support more major versions at some point though; the main difficulty there would be maintaining multiple versions of the networking protocol.
