[Bug] Miss agrument `n` in catcher throwing

### Describe the bug
Remove `n` description for the documentation in [Line 24](https://github.com/ss77995ss/baseball-stats-python/blob/2b1862e552d8cf8df4987c3a9109c889ef83842f/src/baseball_stats_python/statcast/catcher_throwing.py#L24).
We want to get personal data therefore we don't need to add `n` filter
