SQL capitalization table

Table name has a dedicated case option.

SELECT department_id, 
       Min( salary )  
FROM   EMPLOYEES 
GROUP  BY department_id  

User can also specify a table mapping file that all tables should capitalize exactly the same as the one in this file.
