chore: QOL improvements

- Move default blocklist to its own file so `class Sqids` is visible
  upon opening
- Export `minAlphabetLength`, `minLengthLimit`, and `maxValue` so
  they're available to downstream consumers
- Enforce `Required<SqidsOptions>` type on defaultOptions
