Can't set manual override for every 30 minutes

Describe the bug
After upgrading to 8.33.1, the manual override is only available for the full group of slots. For example, with IOG (absent of any other requirements), Predbat will generate a charging slot between 23:30 and 05:30.

In the previous versions, a user was able to manually override every half an hour slot by clicking on the time slot in the Time column and selecting the desired override. Now, you can only click on the plan in the Plan column. Even if you click it at the 03:30 slot, it will only change the 23:30 slot.

Expected behaviour
User should be able to make the override for every half an hour slot, and not for the full group of slots, especially when these are very long (e.g. 6 hours for IOG, as described above).

I think the previous behaviour on clicking on the time slot worked well, and was quite intuitive to the newer users.

I've put the override back to the time cell

I have 15 minute slots and I also have same problem. I tried main branch also but same problem.
I can set manual override until the end of today, but I am unable to set manual override from 00.00 until current time. Eg currently 20.15 then tomorrow 00.00 until 20.00 does not work.

I currently downgraded back to version 8.32.7

8.33.3 reverted the behaviour of setting slots, it should be resolved in the latest predbat version
