How to configure custom terminal or add support for more terminal apps

There are many new terminal apps in macOS with quite similar functionalities, e.g.
Otty: https://otty.sh/
Cmux: https://cmux.com/
Mux0: https://mux0.com/

I have using one of them to replace the Ghostty.
But the Settings for shell/terminal only support a fixed list, there is no way to add more options or custom.
