[Bug] AI commit message dialog does not reopen after being closed without applying

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stage some uncommitted files.
2. Click the "Use AI to generate commit message" icon button.
3. The dialog appears and starts generating a message.
4. Close the dialog after the message is generated without applying it.
5. Click the "Use AI to generate commit message" icon button again.

Actual Result

Nothing happens. The dialog does not appear.

Expected Result

The dialog should open normally and allow generating a commit message again.

Workaround

Restarting SourceGit restores the functionality.
