How to configure in the latest version to enable ask without the need for login?

I config the FORCE_ENABLE_ANONYMOUS_ACCESS=true

Anonymous user can use seacrh but can't use ask.

in the latest version,if i add config to enable ask without the need for login? Or perhaps I must login to then ask

I was asking claude to help diagnose the issue, and it gave me the following that I feel is a likely culprit:

2. Cookie not sent in the POST request to /api/chat

  The regular web flow relies on sb.anonymous-id (set via getOrCreateAnonymousId() in the createChat server action) being present in every subsequent POST to /api/chat. If a user's browser has strict cookie policies, privacy
   extensions, or is in private/incognito mode where Set-Cookie from XHR responses is blocked, the cookie never makes it into the request to /api/chat.

  This would explain why you can't reproduce it — your browser stores the cookie normally.

Could you check if the sb.anonymous-id cookie is set?
