[FR] Support ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN in Anthropic provider config

Could we please update the @ai-sdk/anthropic package to support the new ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN environment variable? The necessary changes are already implemented in PR vercel/ai#11782.

The corresponding version @ai-sdk/anthropic@3.0.22 appears to include these changes.

Note: The yarn.lock file was not updated as part of this change (requires running yarn install locally). It will be updated automatically when the PR is merged and CI runs.

@WaferJay thx for raising this - I realized that provider versions 3.x.x require the ai sdk v6 (we are still on v5), so that will be a bit of a larger migration. We were planning on upgrading to v6 anyways - will try to get to this today
