Anonymous PFP not implemented for previous accounts

Hi!

So, any new anonymous account created after the implementation of the randomized PFP system would have a random PFP but for accounts that were created before the implementation of the system would have nothing.

Account created before the implementation of the system:

Account created after the implementation of the system:

The assumption was that the system will be applied to all accounts, before and after the implementation! But in any case, gotta fix this!
