Links for Switchboard are out of date on the Oracles tutorial page

The Oracles tutorial has outdated links to Switchboard pages. This is a result of Switchboard v2 reaching its End of Life on November 15, 2024.

Proposed Solution

Update the tutorial with links to the latest equivalent pages on the new Switchboard on-demand page.
