New Feature: Report on OS/Firmware versions

A report should build 2 tables to report on all Virtual and Hardware servers on an account, with the following information

Virtual Table

• id
• Provision Date
• OS + OS Version
• Fully qualified domain name (FQDN for short)

Hardware Table

• id
• Provision date
• OS + OS Version
• FQDN
• Motherboard Model
• Motherboard Version
• NetworkCard model
• NetworkCard version
• IPMI Model
• IPMI Version
• RaidController Model
• RaidController Version
• HardDrive model
• HardDrive Version
