Rewinding on YouTube is very jank

Describe the bug
When rewinding on a YouTube video, the video will take a bit to buffer while the audio plays, then the video will try to catch up by playing at 2× speed while the audio plays at 1×.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a YouTube video.
2. Watch it for a bit.
3. Try to rewind with the arrow keys. 20 s will likely consistently reproduce the bug.

Expected behavior
The playback should work correctly.
