Describe the bug

Crosshair popup window blocked by mouse cursor and crosshairs blocking the value.

Expected behavior

I would expect the popup to be slightly above the datapoint crosshairs and mouse cursor

Turn on crosshairs and mouse over a point

Here's an example where the crosshair popup is now (directly under the crosshair) and how it is hard to read the data.

I put an orange box in the location where it probably should go. We might also consider making it obvious which point we're showing data for. (maybe a symbol or something)
