I'll stall this until the Lit rewrite is done I think because it's getting well on its way now.

That said, I'm also not entirely sure how to do this, or how Discord does it. I can only imagine it's an image that has some CSS animations. I can't imagine that'll look nice.

I'm going to need another contributor to pick this up I'm afraid. I am really bad with CSS animations and I have no idea how to reproduce the keyframes that Discord uses.
