There's initial commit to update image with latest Alpine 91e63ef
Also it needs to add https://github.com/mglaman/drupal-check

I think it makes sense to update next image https://hub.docker.com/r/skilldlabs/docker-phpcs-drupal/tags

Also updates may include update of drupal/coder according https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3048244
