[BUG] Human in the Loop Webhook

Describe the bug
Hi, I'd like to send a Human in the Loop block approval request to an external service, as described in the documentation.

Add a webhook tool to the Notification section to send approval requests to external systems. Integrate with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.

However, I can't find the Webhook option in the list of available tools in the Notification section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Human in the Loop block
2. Go to "Notification" section
3. Click "Add tool"
4. Search for "Webhook" or "API"
5. See the error

Expected behavior
I expected to find the Webhook tool, or API, to send an HTTP request to an external service.

Hi @DeepakSilaych, please search for "Webhook" as written in the issue description.
I added it in the steps to reproduce the behavior.
