[Feature request] - Investigate the feasibility of an all in one 'update command'

It takes a few steps (and some time) to create a new development firm and to push all templates and their latest versions to it (create, add etc.).

Describe the solution you'd like
A new cli command to basically take all templates and create/update them at once.

Use cases:

So to give some context where we might use an "update all" command if it existed:

• Dev firm: Likely would use a "update-everything" command every 6 weeks to reset the code to the "main" branch
• Functional firm (and newly created "Project firm"): Would likely use an "update-everything" command every time Product wanted us to push a feature branch to the functional environment for their review to eliminate the risk of anything clashing

2. Not one command but group commands silverfin create-reconciliation <details> && silverfin create-shared-parts <detials> && silverfin add-shared-parts <details>
3. Provide a simple script that does the 6 commands - outside the CLI
4. Do nothing (yet)
