Check how many builds detected a quotation convention

Now that the quotation convention detection algorithm has been improved, we should check to see how often a convention is being detected. This can be done with a simple database query. The improved algorithm will go live on Dec 11. We should wait at least two weeks before performing the check to collect enough data.

Sounds like we're gonna give this a couple weeks since things weren't working properly until the recent hotfix. I'm going to push this back a sprint.

Yes, we should wait until next week. That will give us about a month of builds to check.

Looks like we have detected 184/188 quote conventions across the most recent Serval versions - that's about 98% successful! I'll gather the few that failed for Ben to look at as well as a few that claimed to be successful for QA purposes 👍 .
