Support for a future new version of MacOS

A warning has begone to pop up when I start PySolFC. It’s about support ending Intel apps and that in future versions of MacOS it will not be possible to run such programs. I have a screen shot but it’s all in Swedish so not very helpful I recon? I have read other post that someone needs to develop on Mac and at the moment that’s not possible because of lacking hardware. I’m thinking that maybe we could start a project, go fund me or an equivalent type of raising of money. What do you guys think?

Of course - typical of Apple to try something like this...

We are using a virtual Mac environment to compile the packages, though the lack of hardware prevents proper testing (the packager was set up by someone who I believe had access, but they haven't been active lately). I'm honestly not sure what the implications would be of something like this. It might be possible to update the CI script to compensate for this, but I wouldn't know how, and yes, the lack of hardware makes any testing of the packages difficult. Not having much experience with Mac myself is another complication.

I would be open to crowdfunding, but would need a solid plan - I haven't done anything like this before, and am far from a Mac expert and would be unsure exactly what I need. I know GitHub Sponsors (https://github.com/open-source/sponsors) or Open Collective (https://opencollective.com/) are supposedly quite good for funding Open Source.
