Bump version to 1.9

Version 1.9 adds monitor switching capabilities:
- New monitor switch button in control window
- Cycle between multiple monitors with automatic state tracking
- Smart docking/undocking support with event handlers
- Handles hot-plug/unplug scenarios gracefully
- Button disabled on single monitor setups
- Proper DPI scaling per monitor
- Frame geometry recreation for different monitor sizes
