If `sysand-core` is merged into `sysand`, publish just `sysand`. Otherwise, maybe both? Also, use [crates.io trusted publishing](https://crates.io/docs/trusted-publishing) for this. Main benefit is that a published binary package can be installed with `cargo install sysand`.
