Add support for # tag

It's not done, if you think you could give it a try that would be great. Personally, I am more focused on pre-compilation and breaking changes for the next major release.

Is this be possible using parser.RegisterParserTag("#", ... ) or does it need lower level support?

@sebastienros, maybe we could involve Copilot in solving this issue as well? I’d really appreciate it if the problem with using # comments inside Liquid tags could be fixed just as quickly as the other two I reported.
I believe there’s a clear enough description of the problem in #1498 for Copilot to work with.
