FLUID CURSOR LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Non-Commercial Use (Open Source)

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software (the "Software"), to use, copy, modify, and merge the Software for Non-Commercial Purposes only, subject to the following conditions:

  • "Non-Commercial Purposes" means use for personal projects, open-source projects, educational use, or testing/evaluation where no revenue is generated directly or indirectly from the usage.
  • The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

2. Commercial Use (Paid License)

Any use of the Software for Commercial Purposes requires the purchase of a Commercial License from the Author.

  • "Commercial Purposes" includes, but is not limited to:
    • Use in a website, application, or product that generates revenue (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, paid apps).
    • Use in a website or project for a business, corporation, or freelance client.
    • Use in promotional materials for a commercial entity.
