Date Search improvements

This is an issue to discuss the improvement of the search_dates function of Dateparser as a Google Summer of Code project.

There are many issues affecting search_dates, some of which may require some major changes to the function, so it seems like a project could be proposed to handle a subset of those issues.

I personally don’t have a preference to get any specific issue fixed. Unless @noviluni says otherwise, feel free to consider them to be the same priority, and address them in whichever order you prefer.
