Feature request: Window synchronization

CodeNav window doesn't stay up-to-date with the selected editor window. It only updates once the user does some sort of input into the editor window.

Implementation details:

Hello Samir,

This issue is indeed a serious problem in v10 user-friendliness.

Please try to fix this ASAP.

Also make sure that, when the focused document changes and it's not a document supported by CodeNav, it displays nothing but a generic message along the lines of "There no items to show for the selected document" (like Visual Studio own Document Outline window does in that case) instead of still displaying the contents for the last document for which CodeNav had anything useful to display.

Examples of the above-mentioned problem with CodeNav 10.5.129 (latest version as of this writing):

• Open a C# file (say, File1.cs). CodeNav displays the contents of File1.cs. So far so good.
• Click a project file in Solution Explorer, Visual Studio displays that project file as XML. CodeNav still displays the contents of File1.cs (==> bug!).
• Open any MarkDown file in the solution (and start typing in it, to work around the current issue). CodeNav still displays the contents of File1.cs (==> bug!). Note: I'm using [Markdown Editor v2] VS extension to edit MarkDown documents.
• Open a .editorconfig file. CodeNav still displays the contents of File1.cs (==> bug!).
• Open a *.json file (e.g. global.json). CodeNav still displays the contents of File1.cs (==> bug!).
• Etc.
