Hi sarisabban. I'm a newbie to pyrosetta and I have gotten lots of helpful information from your articles, your youtube and your git hub repository.
And I tried 'RosettaDesign' here, and it was cool!
But I felt it is too slow to use one CPU.
I read there is mpi option in pyrosetta, and have tried to use this, but it is a bit difficult for me.
Could you give some examples about using mpi or multiprocessing?
Any device would be greatly appreciated.
